I’ve been surrounded by 4wding my whole life, it all started with my father’s series 1 Land Rover beach fishing weapon, which came in a million pieces where he and my grandfather rebuilt it. The times spent with these two building this old Land Rover fuelled my passion for not only these old gems but 4wds in general.

My first 4wd was a 1991 swb Nissan Patrol, I proceeded to modify this bone stock truck over the space of a year until I basically got board and wanted another project, this was a slippery slope for me where I preceded to replace this vehicle for many years to come.

This passion become an addiction trying to find the perfect 4wd for me searching through all the makes and models with my own situations changing as it always does. With not much success in finding a out the box vehicle to suit my forever evolving needs, I started building/chopping and changing them to suit whilst meeting fantastic like minded people along the way.

The 4wd community has been like a second family to me and I’m always looking to expand that!
